Something in Your Business Isn't Working — Let's Figure Out What.
Sound Familiar?
You're flat out, but somehow always behind. The same issues keep coming up — jobs falling through the cracks, emails missed, client updates forgotten. You've thought about fixing it, but there's never a good time to stop and sort it out.
The truth is, most businesses don't have an admin problem. They have a systems problem. The admin piles up because there's no clear process behind it. And when there's no process, everything depends on you remembering everything — which isn't sustainable.
That's exactly what the Systems Clarity Audit is built to fix.
WHAT IT IS
What is the Systems Clarity Audit?
It's a structured review of how your business currently operates — your tools, your workflows, your communication, and your day-to-day processes. I look at where time is being lost, where things are slipping, and where a simple fix would make a big difference.
At the end, you get a written report with clear, ranked recommendations. Not a generic checklist — a specific plan for your business.
This is not:
-
A generic business coaching session
-
A technology overhaul
-
A vague "strategy document" full of buzzwords
This is:
-
A practical, plain-English audit of how your business runs right now
-
A clear list of what to fix, what to simplify, and what to stop doing
-
A starting point for running a business that doesn't rely on you being across everything, all the time
WHO IT'S FOR
This Is for You If...
-
You're a tradie, contractor, or small business owner who knows things could run better — you're just not sure where to start
-
You're growing and the systems (or lack of them) that worked at the start aren't cutting it anymore
-
You've tried to get organised before but nothing seems to stick
-
You want to bring on support (a VA, an admin, a team member) but your current processes aren't documented or repeatable
-
You're just tired of the same problems coming up over and over

How It Works
Step 1 — Book Your Free Discovery Call (15 mins) Click the button below to book a free 15-minute call via my Bookings page. This is a quick, no-pressure chat to learn about your business, understand where the pain points are, and make sure the audit is the right fit for you.
Step 2 — Questionnaire + Invoice If we're a good match, I'll send you the audit questionnaire and an invoice. The questionnaire takes about 15–20 minutes to complete — the more detail you give, the more specific and useful your report will be. Work begins once payment is received and the questionnaire is back in my inbox.
Step 3 — I Get to Work You don't need to do anything here. I review your questionnaire, assess your systems and workflows, and put together your written audit report. Turnaround: within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
Step 4 — Book Your Debrief Call (30 mins) Once your report is ready, I'll send you a booking link for your 30-minute debrief call. We walk through the findings together, I answer your questions, and we talk through what to prioritise.
Step 5 — You Decide What's Next Take the report and run with it yourself, or bring me on to help implement the changes. Either way, you leave with a clear, practical plan for a business that runs better.

FAQs
Q: How long does the audit take on my end? A: About 15–20 minutes to complete the intake form. After that, I handle everything. You'll just need to show up for the 30-minute debrief call.
Q: Do I need to have my systems "sorted" before booking? A: No — the whole point is to review what you've got, even if it's a bit of a mess. Especially if it's a bit of a mess.
Q: What if I don't use any formal tools or systems? A: That's useful information too. The audit will flag what's missing and what would help most for a business at your stage.
Q: Will you try to upsell me into ongoing services? A: Not during the audit. The debrief is a straight conversation about your results. If ongoing support makes sense for you, I'll mention it — but there's no pressure and no sales pitch.
Q: What types of businesses do you audit? A: Contractors, tradies, subcontractors, and family-run small businesses across WA — particularly in the Pilbara and regional areas. If you're unsure whether your business is a good fit, just send me a message.
