I don't think your business needs more admin.
I think it needs a better way of working.
Ezi Admin Solutions started with the kind of work small businesses know too well: chasing information, fixing software setups, sorting inboxes and trying to keep everything moving.
Over time, it became obvious that the admin wasn't the real problem. The problem was the system underneath it.
When processes are unclear and software is disconnected, someone ends up carrying the business around in their head. That's usually the owner.
My job is to take some of that weight off. I look at how the business actually works, find the friction and build practical systems around it.
Technology should make the work easier. Full stop.
Practical over impressive.
I won't recommend a complicated platform because it looks clever. If the current tools can do the job, we'll use them.
Simple enough to maintain.
A system that only works when a specialist is around isn't much of a system.
AI where it helps.
AI is useful for the right jobs. It isn't a reason to throw out everything you already know.
