Hey there!
I'm Elcin — owner of Ezi Admin Solutions and your new favourite person when it comes to all things admin.
I started this business because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant tradies and contractors absolutely nailing the work on site, then going home to a mountain of emails, half-finished quotes, and a scheduling system that was basically vibes and sticky notes.
After 15 years in administration — including six years working directly in the contracting and resource sector — I knew I could help. So here we are.
THE BIT ABOUT ME
I'm based in the Pilbara, which means I actually understand the pace, the projects, and the pressures of running a business out here. I'm not some offshore service or a faceless agency. I'm one person, fully across your business, showing up every week like the reliable team member you didn't have to hire.
I'm also a mum of four — which means I've had a lot of practice at juggling priorities, staying calm when things go sideways, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Those skills transfer directly to my clients' businesses every single day.
My qualifications: Certificate III & IV in Business Administration.
My experience: 15 years in admin, 6 in the contracting and resource sector.
