I'm an Operations Systems Consultant based in the Pilbara, and the person behind Ezi Admin Solutions.

I spent 15 years in business administration, including six years working closely with contractors, tradies, and businesses in the resource sector here in WA.
During that time, I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant operators absolutely nailing the work on site — then going home to a business quietly falling apart behind the scenes. Quotes living in someone's head. Follow-ups that never happened. Jobs scheduled on a spreadsheet only one person could read. Processes that worked fine when the owner was across everything, and fell apart the moment they weren't.
The scheduling system? Basically vibes and sticky notes.
The business wasn't broken because the owner was doing anything wrong. It was stuck because nobody had ever sat down and built a proper system around how it actually worked.
That became my thing.
How I got here
From admin support to operations consulting
I started Ezi Admin Solutions as a virtual admin service. Over time, I realised the most useful thing I could offer wasn't doing the admin — it was fixing the reason the admin was piling up in the first place.
So I changed how I work.
Today I operate as an Operations Systems Consultant. My job isn't to take tasks off your plate indefinitely. It's to find the root cause of why those tasks are eating your time, simplify the process, document how it should actually work, and build a system your business can run on — whether you're on site, on leave, or stepping back to grow.
I'm an investigator first. I don't walk in selling a predetermined solution. I figure out what's actually broken, then I recommend what to fix — most impactful first.
