A: I offer virtual administrative support across three main areas: General Business Admin (emails, scheduling, document management, data entry), Project Coordination (deadline tracking, subcontractor communication, milestone management), and Client Management (enquiries, follow-ups, quote coordination). I work with contractors, tradies, subcontractors, and family-run small businesses across Western Australia. Not sure if what you need fits? A: I offer flexible pricing to suit different needs:
Hourly rate: $60/hour — great for one-off tasks or smaller projects
5-hour bundle: $299 (inc. GST)
10-hour bundle: $585 (inc. GST)
15-hour bundle: $825 (inc. GST)
The bundles work out at a lower hourly rate and suit businesses needing regular ongoing support. You only pay for the time I actually work — no super, no leave entitlements, no overheads.
A: Simple. We start with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your business and what you need. From there, I'll put together a simple plan for how I can support you. Once we agree on scope and hours, I get started — usually within a few days. I'll keep you updated regularly so you always know what's been done and what's coming up.
A: Carefully and confidentially. I treat your business information with the same care I'd want someone to treat mine. I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin if that gives you peace of mind — just ask. Any tools or platforms I access on your behalf are handled securely, and I'll never share your information with third parties.
