  • What services do you offer?
    At Ezi Admin Solutions, I provide a range of virtual assistant services, including scheduling & calendar management, email organisation, project coordination, document preparation, and client management. If you have specific needs, feel free to contact me to discuss a customised solution.
  • How do you charge for your services?
    My services are offered at competitive rates, with pricing depending on the scope of work. I offer hourly rates as well as bundled hours for ongoing support. This can be paid by credit card via Square Up or EFT. Contact me to learn more about my pricing and to find the best option for your business.
  • How does the process work?
    Initial Consultation (Day 1-3) - The initial consultation is a 30-60 minute meeting where we discuss your business needs, the challenges you're facing, and how I can assist. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure we're a good fit. Proposal & Agreement (Day 3-5) - After our consultation, I will draft a proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated hours, and pricing. Once you review and approve the proposal, we’ll sign a Service Agreement to formalise our partnership. Onboarding & Setup (Day 6-10) - We’ll establish clear communication channels and timelines. I’ll provide you with onboarding documents, including login details and any necessary forms, to ensure I have everything needed to start working on your tasks. Task Management & Communication (Ongoing) - We’ll use Google Workspace for regular updates and task tracking. I pride myself on being responsive and adaptable, ensuring that your tasks are handled efficiently. Review & Feedback (End of First Week and Monthly) - At the end of the first week, we’ll have a brief review meeting to discuss any adjustments needed. Moving forward, I’ll send monthly reports summarising the work completed, and we can have regular check-ins to ensure your satisfaction. Ongoing Support (Continuous) - I’m here to help! If you need to adjust the scope or add new tasks, simply reach out, and we’ll discuss how best to accommodate your needs while ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • How do you handle sensitive information?
    I take data security very seriously. All sensitive information is handled with the utmost care, using up-to-date security measures on my systems to protect your data. Confidentiality agreements can also be arranged to ensure your peace of mind.
