A: I offer two main services. The Systems Clarity Audit ($397 incl. GST) is a deep-dive review of how your business currently operates — you walk away with a written report and a clear, ranked roadmap to fix what's not working. Implementation Support is where we take those recommendations and build them — setting up systems, creating SOPs and templates, and getting everything documented and ready to use. Implementation is scoped and priced per project (from ,$1250 incl. GST) after the audit. I also offer ongoing maintenance support at $75/hr for updates and tweaks as your business evolves. A: We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to make sure we're a good fit. If you're ready to go, I'll send you the audit intake form and invoice. Once that's back, I get to work — reviewing your tools, workflows, and processes — and deliver your written report within 5 business days. We then have a 30-minute debrief call to walk through the findings together. From there, you decide whether to implement the changes yourself or bring me on for Stage 2.

A: Carefully and confidentially. I treat your business information with the same care I'd want someone to treat mine. I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin if that gives you peace of mind — just ask. Any tools or platforms I access on your behalf are handled securely, and I'll never share your information with third parties.

A: No. The Systems Clarity Audit stands on its own — you'll walk away with a clear action plan you can take anywhere. Some clients implement the recommendations themselves. Others bring me on for Stage 2. Either way, the audit gives you a clear picture of what needs to change and why.

A: About 15–20 minutes to complete the intake form. After that, I handle everything. You just need to show up for the 30-minute debrief call when your report is ready.

A: No lock-in contracts. The audit and implementation are both one-off projects — you're not committing to anything ongoing. If you want maintenance support after implementation, that's ad hoc and billed only for hours used.
